Account Planning and Management

- Manages a key account portfolio which includes detailed relationship matrix and plans, industry and account business issues and an ongoing pipeline of opportunities
- Has an understanding of priorities on key account management goals and works with the team to implement strategic growth goals and objectives
- Facilitates in the development, strategy and execution for both internal meeting and external key client deliverables
- Tracks, measures and reports regularly on regional and national financial results and activities against goals and objectives

Relationship Management

- Facilitates relationship building, planning and execution with key stakeholders in portfolio
- Works with team to develop and track the client relationship strategy, and plan touch point actions to strengthen relationships
- Deploys National Marketing and Communications campaign at the account
- Develop an understanding of services and solutions to determine which initiatives would be of relevance and importance to key stakeholders / decision makers

Pipeline Management

- Identifies business opportunities for account teams through understanding of client imperatives and marketing initiatives
- Facilitates and drives KPMG’s sales methodology on active opportunities and client interactions
- Collaborates with Proposal and Account teams to leverage KPMG resources as required on large opportunities

Exceptional Client Service Excellence

- Enable exceptional client service excellence through facilitation of key account teams on being more responsive, insightful and connected to the client
- Facilitate KPMG’s Client Care Program annually for the accounts, including managing outcomes and future action plans

Knowledge Sharing and Networks

- Acts as central point for information related to key account
- Shares best practices across internal networks
- Strive to achieve consistency and quality in account portfolio
