工作职责
1. Managing monthly payroll, ensure timely payment and accuracy;
2. Monthly tax declaration and ensure timely delivery and accuracy;
3. Handle monthly social insurance and public housing fund declaration;
4. Work with HR vendors for social benefits administration and other personnel management & Service;
5. Complete the monthly payroll reporting timely and properly;
6. Be responsible for attendance system management;
7. Coordinate / consolidate cost analyst, checking and controlling;
8. Support on salary survey and C&B related programs;
9. Prepare monthly, quarterly, yearly budget;
10. Cope with internal and external auditors/regulators on payroll/tax related audits;
11. Work timely on other tasks as assigned by HR manager.
工作要求
1. Minimum 1-2 year’s experiences in finance or payroll;
2. Bachelor degree in Finance/Accounting or recognized professional qualification in accounting with good business and commercial sense;
3. Computer proficiency and ability, good skills in MS OFFICE, esp. Excel;
4. Good team player, hardworking, self-control, sense of responsibility and be able to work under pressure;
5. Logical thinking and interested in C&B;
6. Excellent in English reading and writing;
7. Familiar with C&B related laws and procedures.
