招聘职位:业务拓展经理Business Development Manager-Sales
工作职责:
1. To develop & maintain defined big potential target accounts.
2. To promote all tradelane services especially seafreight service of the company.
3. To liaise with K+N overseas offices.
4. To focus on agreed market segments and targets.
5. To cooperate with the respective team leader and the management team as a whole.
6. To cooperate with the respective GKAM/RKAM, as well as regional product managers to drive a dedicated development program for some key accounts.
7. To report new and lost business, as well as customer and market related developments in an accurate and timely manner.
8. To apply the Kuehne + Nagel sales software KN VLOG in it’s full extend.
9. To comply with instructions given by team leaders and management team, and follow given disciplinary guidelines.
10. To understand and follow the Kuehne + Nagel quality management system, as well as be innovative and create a high standard of practice that conforms with the company’s philosophy.
11. Provide counsel to and nurture relationships with all accounts ; ensure customer satisfaction relative to quality of product and service.
12 Maintain close contacts with all accounts to cement relationships and better understand their business needs and requirements.
13. Explore and create incremental business opportunities with existing customers.
14. Bring a value-added approach to all issues and projects. Stay on top of news and trends in the industry; bring them to the attention of customers and the company, as appropriate.
15. Ensure and test for consistent set-up of Kuehne & Nagel’s IT systems across the Asia-Pacific region for seamless information flow with key accounts (i.e. KN Login, KN iLog, CIEL, ACON, KN VLOG, etc.).
16. Set targets for priority traffics, partnerships/relationships within the global Kuehne & Nagel network.
入职条件:
1、 EDUCATION:University graduate
2、 Minimum 5 years experience in logistics firm
3、 Strong sales skills and presentation skill
4、 Good command in English
5、 Energetic, aggressive and self-motivated
6、 Occasional travels required.
7、 Willing to work under pressure.
