Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the operation of Technical support team, establish annual plans and supervision;

-Responsible for department's technical advisory work

-reply questions to Clients and colleagues, research technical difficulties, providing technical guidance;

-Establishment of professional technology sharing platform;

-Lead to development new services and training course of technology; provide technical training courses;

-Study and development new test method, new regulations and Publicizing the new regulations, promote the implementation of new regulations, help colleagues understand correctly new regulations

-Cooperation with third-party advisory to provide technical advisory services;

-Compiling Internal technical documentation and translation technical information

-Visit clients and participate in various academic activities.

Requirement:

-Graduated with Master degree or above in Chemical

-More than 6 years work experience with at least 3 years in related industry

-Fluently in English, Mandarin and Cantonese

-Familiar with PC operation
