Job Responsibility:
1 Establish and improve recruiting policies, recruiting procedures and interview tools for direct labor and indirect labor hiring and set up a most effective recruiting way which is based on cost consideration
2 Maintain and improve good relationship with related labor agencies and all recruiting channels to find and create new resources to ensure most qualified candidates to be interviewed
3 Conduct further screening and first interview for indirect labors and recommend hiring managers the qualified candidates after first interview.
4 Submit timely Recruiting Status and some staffing Reports to managements.

Job Requirements:
1 A college degree or above, prefer in HR or related
2 2 years or above experience in recruitment function in Manufacturing companies:
3 Be familiar with local recruiting policies and Labor Law; plant working expeirence will be preferred
4 Can work under pressure and overtime
5 Good PC skills in Excel, Word and Power Point
6 Good team player, high responsibility and good leadership
7 Good English in writing and speaking with CET-4 above level will be a plus
