1. Liaise with Assistant Controller for escalations or higher expertise required
2. Support Client's Regions at Country level & interactions with Plant Accountants
3. Prepare and process critical and judgmental activities (i.e. complex journal entries, High risk B/S reconciliations & Reporting's etc.)
4. Attention to detail with the ability to analyze the quality and completeness of results quickly & accurately
5. Analyzing financials, margin analysis, run-rate analysis and preparing financial reports for BU

1. Accounting degree and 8+ years'experience in Finance & Accounting
2. In depth knowledge in Corporate Accounting
3. Excellent working knowledge of Accounting Principles & implementation
4. Excellent operational exposure into SAP, Blackline & HFM
5. Ability to ensure high-quality and customer focused delivery to the client in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreement
6. Working experience of Microsoft Office products at expert level
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interface effectively with clients
8. Prior experience of transition with transformation & standardization
