岗位职责:

1. This role is accountable for the recruitment related activity, manage the end to end requisition from sourcing to onboarding.
2. Deliver cost effective and efficient resourcing solution to support business people strategy.
3. Execute resourcing plan to fulfil business/function's strategic goal.
4. Manage end to end recruitment process and facilitate the complete of recruitment demand.
5. Maintain a strong candidate pool to support future business hiring needs.
6. Develop close working relationship with Business and stakeholders to build an in-depth understanding of resourcing issues and requirements.

1. Good resourcing and HR experience in working with hiring manager and business, executive search background is preferred.
2. Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills.
3. Ability to coordinate and monitor a variety of assignments, adaptable and flexible.
4. Bachelor or above degree, 5 years related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
5. Good team work and cooperation.
6. Good proficiency in English.
