岗位职责:

1. Consistently deliver excellent customer service

2. Serves as the customer-facing point of contact for specific IT access requests

3. Provides and maintains access and accounts to Hyatt-owned applications

4. Able to follow set guidelines and consistently show a comprehensive attention to detail

5. Properly document requests in ticketing system (ServiceNow)

6. Triage tickets to appropriate support groups, including proper escalation of Major Incidents

7. Work with Senior HSD Agents, HSD Level 2, and L3 teams to escalate to appropriate support groups

8. Clearly document all interactions,provisioning steps, and access information within ticketing system (ServiceNow)

9. Identify process and document improvement opportunities and works with their supervisor to take corrective action to implement change

10. Demonstrate a commitment to Hyatt core values (included in all job descriptions).

任职资格：

1. Exceptional verbal and interpersonal skills required; excellent written and organizational skills a must

2. Adaptable and with intellectual ability to thrive in a demanding, fast moving, and customer-focused environment

3. Ability to maintain confidentiality with information or items as required

4. Ticketing system (ServiceNow) experience required

5. Familiarity with the fundamental principles of ITIL as a minimum

6. Bachelors Degree preferred, but not required

7. Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office

8. Preferred fluency in any additional languages (Spanish, French, Cantonese, Portuguese, etc.)
