TITLE: Business Partnership Functional Lead - Asia Finance
ZONE/GRADE: 7 JOB FAMILIES LEVEL:

DATE: July 30th 2014 DIVISION 2: Mars IS

Regional Business Solution Team is working closely with Mars business units and global Mars IS teams to deploy global/regional solutions to meet business requirements. The Finance Functional Lead role is responsible for engaging business key stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Controllers, BPEs and Functional Experts) to establish and lead key strategic IT initiatives driving business process compliance and efficiency.

DIMENSION:

The Finance Functional Lead leads variety of activities including business process optimization, systems integration, system roll-outs and solution deployments, etc for APAC Region.

NATURE AND SCOPE:

Job Content
% of time:

30% Business Engagement
- Closely work with unit Functional Experts, key users to understand their operational challenges, identify system solution to address those challenges
- Work with unit CFO, Finance controllers to understand top concerns and address those concerns from system perspective when appropriate
- Understand unit practices, introduce best practices to improve efficiency

20% Solution Architecture
- Investigate and propose solution to address business requirements, resolve business issues
- Agree with business on priorities, address the real issue
- Introduce and apply new functions/features to units when appropriate

50% Project Management & Delivery
- Manage Finance related projects
- Plan and control the financials for proejcts
- Source projects / activities preporly to ensure quality of delivery
- Engage stakeholders and motivate teams

Background Experience & Qualifications
Education (Minimum Needed): Bachelor degree in related discipline

Experience (Minimum Needed): 5 years experience in SAP FI/CO, with at least one full cycle SAP implementation project experience

? Sound business acumen and solid functional/technical skills
? Strong project management skills
? Solid influencing skills
? Experience with stakeholder management
? Focused and versatile team player that is comfortable under pressure
? Ability to communicate at all levels with clarity and precision both written and verbally
? Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
