Job Description:

1. Compile list of prospective client business using trade directories and other sources.

管理、维护潜在客户关系和资源。

2. Acquire and update knowledge of company and competitor's goods and services, and market conditions.

收集、更新公司和竞争对手的服务范围、市场状况。

3. Develop new business with existing client and/or identify area of improvement to meet sales quota.

开发新客户，发掘新的服务领域。

4. Assess client's needs and explain the goods and services which meet their needs.

评估客户需求，为客户定制信息安全服务方案。

5. Promote company's ICT goods and service to existing and prospective client.

与技术团队对接，根据客户需求，制订技术方案。

6. Quote and negotiate price and credit term, and complete contract and record order.

合同谈判、订单确认、合同签订等工作。

7. Follow up with client to ensure satisfaction with ICT goods and services purchased, arrange modification and resolve any problems arising.

售后客户关系维护、客户满意度维护。

Job Requirement:

1. Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Software Engineering or related field is preferred.

计算机技术、信息安全、软件工程或相关领域本科或以上学历。

2. Familiar with network structure and security setting.

熟悉网络架构和信息安全体系框架。

3. At least 3 years of working experience in cybersecurity field.

具备3年以上的信息安全领域从业经验。

4. Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager or relevant role in ICT sales.

拥有客户经理、大客户经理经验优先。

5. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.
